SAVAC is pleased to present Paper Planes, the annual juried group members’ exhibition at the VMAC Gallery. The exhibition was guest juried by Toronto curators Su-Ying Lee, Nicole Neufeld and member of SAVAC’s Programming Committee Frances Ferdinands.

Paper Planes brings together drawings, paintings and video works by emerging artists from SAVAC’s membership. Artists in the exhibition contemplate and contest the far-reaching influences of the rhetoric of war, security, and borders in our contemporary culture.
